Day of Caring Project Proposal

It is time for our Annual Day of Caring! It's a wonderful way to bring our community together to help local nonprofit agencies with projects they need help completing. This form is for any local nonprofit agency to submit a potential project to be completed by a team of volunteers. It is not a guarantee that your project will be chosen, but we will do our absolute best to find volunteers to help!

Here are a couple of pointers to help make this day a success:

• Appoint one person to be the liaison between your organization and United Way of Northwest Alabama
• Make sure your project can be completed in one day
• Materials must be provided to the volunteers to complete the project
• Projects must benefit a 501(c)(3) agency
• Projects must be submitted by Tuesday, August 22, 2023
• Be certain you and your volunteers sign a media release

C. Food/Clothing Drives

D. Meals

• Delivering

E. Administration 

• Typing

• Clean-Up
